1- Open Your image. Apply Threshold. Adjust >> Brightness & Contrast >> Threshold.
2- Match setting to mine. You might wanna play with the settings to match your image.
3- New layer. Choose a light color. I Filled mine with #8A084E. Set to Multiply, opacity 100%.
4- New layer. Choose a dark color. I Filled mine with #0A346E. to Exclusion. Opacity 100%
5- DONE! Merge/flatten and save.
6- Alternative result! [you delete or undo the second layer/ You skip the third step]
