to this:

- Duplicate your base and set to Screen, Opacity 100%. (you may lower it depending on your image quality)
- Create a new Raster Layer and fill with #001A6D set to Exclusion, Opacity 100%.
- Go to Layers >> new adjustment layer >> curves. Match ur settings with mine.

Done!

*I recommend saving it in a .png format for better quality.
