Picture Effect: Difused

From This to This

- Open the image you want to apply the effect on.
- Copy your first image and paste it as another New image.
- Image >> Decrease Color Depth >> 2 Colors. Match your settings with mine:

- Copy Paste the second image with the decreased color depth to your original picture, As a New layer.
- And it should look like this:

- The Second layer should be set to Darken at 100% Opacity.
- Duplicate Your base, once again, and Set it to Hard Light at Opacity 100%
- Your Layer Palette should be the following:

Done!

*I recommend saving it in a .png or .jpeg format for better quality.
